IIT Delhi Launches Transformative Leadership in STEMM Workshop for SC-ST PhD Students

In an effort to foster diversity and inclusion in higher education, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has announced the launch of the ‘Transformative Leadership in STEMM (TLS) 2025-26’ workshop. This initiative is specifically designed for PhD students from the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) communities, aiming to enhance their skills in teaching, research, and leadership.

The TLS workshop will take place over three days, from January 28 to January 30, 2026. Applications are currently being accepted until December 1, 2025, with the final list of selected candidates to be announced on January 5, 2026. This program is open to PhD students who are in their second year or later at IITs, NITs, or other higher educational institutions, as well as those who have completed their PhD or are post-doctoral researchers.

Objectives of the Workshop
