ATMAN 3.0 Accelerator at IIT-B Supports Early-Stage HealthTech Innovators
The Technology Innovation Hub (TIH) for Translational Research in IoT and IoE at IIT Bombay has launched the third edition of its HealthTech accelerator, ATMAN 3.0. This initiative aims to support early-stage ventures in the health technology sector by providing them with a structured platform for growth and development.
Overview of ATMAN 3.0
ATMAN 3.0 is designed as an intensive, eight-week program that focuses on transforming innovative ideas into investment-ready businesses. The program has attracted 13 early-stage ventures selected from a pool of 173 applicants who pitched their ideas to TIH experts during the preliminary screening process.

Support and Evaluation
Each team will receive ongoing evaluation to help refine their prototypes, validate clinical applications, and ensure feasibility for large-scale deployment. This supportive environment is crucial for startups as they navigate the complexities of the health technology landscape.
Demo Day and Funding Opportunities
The program will culminate in a Demo Day scheduled for January 9, 2026, at Novotel Mumbai International Airport. During this event, startups will have the opportunity to pitch their innovations to investors, healthcare leaders, and members of TIH’s investment committee.
Participating ventures will be evaluated for funding support of Rs 1 crore or more, which is aimed at helping them advance through subsequent stages of product development and regulatory navigation. The Demo Day will also feature discussions on:
- Emerging healthcare technologies
- Regulatory pathways
- Investment trends
Previous portfolio startups from TIH IIT Bombay will also participate in the event, fostering follow-on funding discussions and potential partnerships within the HealthTech community.
